Bridge Gears

Once powerful wheels, cogs and shafts lie in quiet repose; their work here is done. Gentle fern and tender moss, brush strokes on a rugged canvas. And ancient machinery becomes art.

Greg---I am learning so much from photographers. You take pictures of things most of us just pass right on by. That picture is great--when thinking of the life on that bridge at one time. Wonder if we will collect some moss on us when we totally quit working????? ha ha
